Part of my daily practice is meditation and mantra. In December these words flowed though me in response to the question of how to support my physical self. They surprised me because I expected to be inspired by food and exercise choices which did come up, but these words felt important to every part of me including my soul. As I sat with these words, I was relieved to acknowledge that I do feel unsafe sometimes. I think we all do, it's part of the human experience.
When I feel unsafe, it affects every level of me: the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. It is hard to make your best decisions when you feel unsafe. And so I committed to practice saying:
I am safe, I am eternal
I am love, I am love, I am love
Now is the time to take care of yourself. Sleep, drink water, water in the grass, dance, laugh, and take supplements that you know support your immune system. It is also a time to be prepared and have a plan in place to take care of yourself and your family. This book can help you develop that plan as our hospitals may become over-burdened at this time.
You are safe, You are eternal
You are love, You are love, You are love
