Although the answer does not appear to have much to do with improving your circulation on the surface, many people will go to diet and exercise as solutions to try first, I think it is directly connected to Self-Love and how to bring more of it into your Life.
I was so grateful to receive an invitation to lead a meditation at an open mic night at a local art gallery soon after this teaching came to me, which presented an opportunity to share it. It was especially synchronistic because the theme of the poetry night was Self-Love. After guiding the group through a grounding exercise, I shared this information with them.
The answer is really about you bringing more Love into your body and into your Life and circulating it. As you continue to circulate this energy, it will strengthen your veins and it will help you circulate the Love.
You can picture your veins full of red blood and also full of the Love vibration so that you’re combining your blood and the Love vibration together and feeling it go through your whole body and through your Heart. You can picture this Love vibration as an energy flow in any color you like, I like to picture it as Green. You can picture this Love vibration emanating from within you and starting in your Heart.
You can see it circulate back out and around, all the way to your fingertips, all the way to your Heart, all the way down your abdomen, all the way down your right leg, to your toes, back up. Through your root chakra, through your left leg and foot.
All the way, Spiraling up too, at the same time. You can actually picture it in your veins but you can also picture it radiating up and out from you, encompassing you and surrounding you in all dimensions as it travels through every part of your body.
Feel it flood your pelvic floor and pelvic bowl, and swish it around. Feel it go up your torso through your left arm and down to your fingertips. Feel it spread all through your neck and shoulder girdle, shoulder blades, all down your back, feel it all connecting, purifying your veins and entire body with the Love vibration.
Feel it in your jaw. Feel it dissolving all of the tough spots, all of the knots, all of the clenched, crystallized, hard muscle so that the Love vibration just seeps in, removing and releasing all of that crystallized junk. And you’re just picturing your blood vessels moving more freely, moving more rhythmically with the Love vibration in it, and also all around it.
All the way up to your ear, through your earlobes, your nose, your nasal passage, your forehead. You’re opening up your third eye with the Love vibration. And feel this Love vibration drop into your Heart center again so that you complete an entire loop of the Love Vibration. This will help you, this will help you with your circulation on every level. Continue to do this exercise regularly, to visualize this.
